ABOUT ME
The non-tourist tourist
Hello! My name is Erin. I am planning obsessed and love to plan vacations and parties. Friends and family have often told me they get overwhelmed or don’t know where to start. I thrive in devouring the details and do extensive research no matter the occasion. When it comes to vacations, I want to eat at the best & most authentic restaurants, take a hike with the best views, or get the most Instagramable shot. I’m not spending all that money and traveling all that way for mediocre tourism.
Don't get stressed and overwhelmed with planning. Let me do it for you! Your next trip should be done Erin’s Way.

WHERE WE'VE BEEN
Each trip or event is tailored to you. Whether you need recommendations or if you have a vision, we'll make it happen. You can find sample itineraries below for recent favorites.
ITALY
Now that's amore
Arrive in bustling Rome and see the Colosseum, the Vatican & Sistine Chapel and make a wish in the Trevi Fountain. After your fill of pasta, paninis and shopping, head to stunning Positano.
Stay in a cliffside villa while you take private boat trips to Capri, visit a hidden (and delicious) beach restaurant, sip an Aperol Spritz on the beach and find yourself making homemade pasta with locals in a cozy kitchen.
Round out your trip with a stay in Tuscany and Florence. See the Statue to David, Ponte Veccio Bridge and watch the sunset from Piazzale Michelangelo. A day trip to San Miniato is a must for truffle hunting and you'll be sorry if you don't stop in San Gimigiano for the best gelato you've ever tasted. Before you head home, enjoy a wine tasting and taste the reds, whites and olive oil of Tuscany.

IRELAND
Feel like a local
Start your trip like a true Irishman and head to the Jameson Distillery & Guinness Storehouse. Stop by the old Trinity Library to see the Long Room and the Book of Kells. Explore the city, grab a pint in Temple Bar & The Brazen Head and sing along with live music in every pub you stop in.Â
On your day-trip to Northern Ireland, Game of Thrones fans should stop to see The Dark Hedges. Once in Belfast, take in the views of Giants Causeway and muster up the courage to cross Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge.Â
Head to Killarney and stay in the sweetest B&B you can imagine. Explore the Ring of Kerry and Gap of Dunloe by car or bike. Dance into the wee hours of the morning at the Killarney Grand.
Break up your trip to Galway with a stay in a real Irish castle. The green rolling hills look even more beautiful from your castle window over afternoon tea. A trip to the Cliffs of Moher is a must. Before your farewell, buy a claddagh ring while shopping in town and pick up an Aran sweater from the Aran Islands.

PORTLAND, ME
A waterfront delight
Perfect for a long weekend, Portland, ME has so much to offer. Stay in a New England home or a hotel right in town. Your first stop will be a life-changing lobster roll. It may take all of your willpower not to eat one every day of your trip. Choose your pick of water activities with a Lobster Boat tour to experience lobstering first-hand, a sunset wine cruise on the harbor or a whale watching trip. This dog-friendly town has tons of restaurants, bars and breweries or we can arrange a private chef to come to your rental. When you’re ready to relax, check out the historic light houses and enjoy the beach.

THAILAND
Simply stunning
Start in Bangkok in a luxury hotel in the center of it all. Outside of the liveliness of the city, visit the Golden Buddha and take a day trip to experience the Floating Market. Before you head to the beach, enjoy fine dining and rooftop cocktails.Â
Arrive in Ko Samui where you are beach & poolside by day, and enjoying wild fire shows by night. Next, head to one of our favorites, Koh Tao.Â
This laid back island has plenty of amazing restaurants and beach bars where watching the sunset never gets old. Explore the town for some great shopping and some of the best Pad Thai you can get. Koh Tao also has great diving schools to learn to scuba dive.
Turn it back up in Koh Phi Phi which is known for the bustling town of shops, restaurants and bars. Phi Phi also has some great diving spots to check out. A fun booze cruise will bring you to monkey beach and some amazing private beaches (including where James Bond was filmed).
Finally, head to your resort in Railay Beach in Krabi by boat. You will be in awe of the water and the amazing limestone cliffs. Enjoy this walking-only town or take a hike among the beautiful cliffs for some amazing views. Finish your stay with a romantic sunset beach dinner, nestled under the ancient limestone cliffs.

SCOTTSDALE & SEDONA, AZ
Landscapes like Jurassic Park
